Misery to Happiness

After a second pretty-grueling day, we figured we'd stay at the Kingston, NV airport.  Paul C felt that there wouldn't be a problem and if we got hassled, we could just say we were waiting for some pilots who got delayed.  Well, there wasn't much more than a gravel parking lot to set tents up on, but Paul erected his anyway.  Off in the distance, thunder was rumbling and it wasn't long before we were starting to get wet.  We huddled under the lee side of the adjacent medical center and started cooking dinner.  Well, the stew was just about to get dished out when a lady with "miles-end B&B on the door panel drove up and informed us that we were on private property and that we couldn't stay there.  So we chowed the grub down and pondered what the next step was.  Well, Paul C figured he'd call the B&B lady and see if she had a room.  Well, it wasn't much later and we had a room and were soaking in the hot tub!  Misery to luxury....all it took was a little money!

As far as the riding, it was not as difficult a day as yesterday, and there were several nice viewpoints and one (quite easy) summit.
